How do tenants contact Gestia?
Telegram is supported today. Tenants need Telegram and the Gestia chat link, but no separate Gestia app. WhatsApp is planned. Owners and managers use the dashboard.
Can I use Gestia from ChatGPT, Claude or Gemini?
Yes. Connect Gestia to the AI assistant you already use and ask about your units, tenants, leases and repairs, or tell it to make a change. You decide what it can see and change.
Do I still have control over my property?
Always. Gestia handles routine questions and coordinates work, while decisions that need an owner — including disputes, rent changes and lease decisions — are brought to you. You can follow activity and conversations in your dashboard.
Can Gestia work with my existing contractors?
Yes. Keep your trusted contractors in your directory. Gestia checks who can help, coordinates availability and keeps the tenant updated as the job progresses.
What does ‘AI team’ mean?
Gestia covers several routine jobs: answering tenant questions, logging issues, coordinating contractors and making activity visible. It does not carry out physical repairs or make lease and dispute decisions.
Does Gestia collect rent or guarantee savings?
The demo shows payment records; it does not process payments. Savings depend on your workload, Gestia’s agreed price and the services you retain. No savings percentage is guaranteed.
